Gold Package Example:
Internet Dealership Systems, Inc. will conduct a comprehensive,
in-depth analysis of your dealership's Internet Department operations,
practices, personnel, telemarketing and CSI performance, and work
with your key management in the implementation of new procedures
within the first 20 days. Dealership evaluations will consist
of comprehensive analysis, in writing, of all of the following:
- Volume and Gross Profit Performance Reports
- Results of advertising efforts with all
lead providers blind and visual
- Handling of prospects obtained from advertising
currently and suggested new procedures
- Report recap and review of all findings
- Continued reporting recap and review for
24 months with recommendations
The Internet Dealership Systems team will enter a retainer agreement
after installing The Affordable Deal under which
a consultant is assigned and made available to your dealership
for any follow-up needed such as supplemental training of new
staff and like matters. In addition, the assigned consultant will
provide monthly tracking and reporting of the following performance
data that has proven critical to effective management of the sales
effort:
- Number and source of original phone calls
- Number and percentage of appointments made
- Number and percentage of appointments kept

and brought to your attention for appropriate correction, retraining,
or other appropriate action.
