Formed in 2003 by Diane M. Beasley and Robert H. Beasley, Internet
Dealership Systems, Inc. is your partner in expanding your dealership

Dianne M. Beasley
Co-Founder/CEO
Mrs. Beasley has 18 years of experience in all areas of automotive
dealership Implementation of sales training programs. She helped
develop the Customer Satisfaction Index Training Systems and Internet
Training Programs for Advanced Automotive Sales Concepts from 1986
to 2003. She was a consultant to Ford, Chrysler, General Motors,
and import dealers at that time. Mrs. Beasley also scouted regional
dealerships to discover how treatment and communication skills were
conducted when a dealership's personnel were dealing with women
buyers. Her teaching innovations in improving customer selling skills
to consumers improved customer perception which made her an industry
leader in this area. Mrs. Beasley was also an executive V.P. for
Advanced Automotive Sales Concepts. When AASC ceased operations
in December 2003, Mrs. Beasley made a decision to form Internet
Dealership Systems, Inc. Mrs. Beasley was a co-creator the "In-Touch
Response" Internet Sales System.
Robert H. Beasley
Co-Founder/Co-CEO
Mr. Beasley created the “In-Touch Response” Internet
Sales System. A veteran of the automotive industry, Mr. Beasley
has worked more than 39 years in retail and wholesale sectors, designing
training materials for retail sales, service, parts, sales managers,
customer relations, and the girst interactive Internet sales, service,
and parts system in the United States. Initially working with Roger
Penske’s Trans-AM and USAC Indy car teams as a pick up crew
member during summers while attending the General Motors Institute
in the 1960’s, he gained dealership experience in service,
parts, sales, finance, and management while earning a bachelor’s
degree. He subsequently joined a national automotive consulting
company in the mid 80’s, where he worked as a consultant reorganizing
dealerships and training sales and service departments to maximize
their profitability. Mr. Beasley became president of the firm in
1998. A decision was made by the founding partners to dissolve the
corporation in December of 2003. Mr Beasley received his MBA in
2005 in Dealership Internet Business Management.

James W. Carter
Board of Directors
Mr. Carter's automotive career has been sculpted through experience
with the Nissan Motor Corp., Kia Motor Corp., his positions as Dealer
Principal of several franchises, and regional management positions
for Internet lead provider companies. Mr. Carter is a graduate of
the prestigious London University in England with a BS in Mechanical
Engineering. In the sixties, Mr. Carter was a formula 2 competitor
in Europe, and an engineer on formula one teams. Mr. Carter came
to the U.S. constructing lotus Race Cars for teams in the east.
During Mr. Carter's racing career he was a Engineer for Mecham racing
and then moved to Penske Racing with Mark Donahue in the mid 60’s.
