IDS Inc. was formed in 1986 as aconsultent for the auto manufactures turning dealerships around to a profitable status. In 1995 IDS was brought of retirement from auto racing to manage a K&N Pro Series west  team. During that year IDS desovered Petron Plus and its special friction reducing qualities and after using it in the race teamstest engines and drivelines used the products in all the teams race car and craftsmen trucks. the performance improvments were increadable. For the next two years the team aquired 6 pole positions 4 wins and twenty five top 5 finishes, during that time the team never had one componet failure. IDS. in 1997 left racing again to resume its consulting business until 2008 when IDS and Petron made a Joint Decision was made to join forces to become a force in the industrial and transportation markets. Their is no product that is a friction reducing and has enviro safe qualities that will deliver a lower carbon foot print as well as petron plus. 

 
IDS-PETRON PLUS will also be creating a new market for its product(s) with consumers and industrial clients through a series of infomercials that are already produced and in final editing stages of production. These infomercials will be aired on the IDS-PETRON PLUS corporate web site which is being created by godaddy.com and WIX.com. IDS-PETRON corporate marketing group will handle all  social networks such as YouTube and Facebook, at racetrack events where the teams compete, and at industrial/consumer show expositions. To describe the IDS-PETRON marketing program in broad terms: IDS-PETRON has chosen a racing theme as a backdrop because it is pioneering, aggressive, responsive, tough and efficient. This program projects many of the qualities of IDS-PETRON core values. Motorsports marketing is our means of capturing the attention of key transportation and industrial buying influences throughout the United States by utilizing free sources like “new media” which is cost effective and allow us to reach our potential clients with live broadcast over the internet. Our 2012-13 campaign will highlight our target theme “IDS-PETRON CHALLENGES ALL COMERS” this will become the dominant campaign for IDS-PETRON to expand on and attract new corporate interest in Petron Plus Products with industrial and transportation service companies by displaying its 1979 Chrysler 318 Cubic Inch V-8 engine that runs without oil at the race events after it has been treated with Petron Plus engine conditioner, mounted on stationary stands that run for up to 20 hours with no lubrication in them, and the IDS-PETRON technology research center 16’ enclosed trailer. IDS-PETRON will provide a unique set of vehicles for their sales personnel to utilize for trackside demonstrations and sales presentations. IDS-PETRON will also focus on increasing sales in Petron corporate identified markets which closely identify with this type of sales promotion
